Any complaint will be brought to the attention of SC Petite Art by Roa SRL within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Stocks
SC Petite Art by Roa SRL does not guarantee the stock availability of all products listed on the site www.anoucka.com.
Delivery time
Delivery is within 1 to 10 business days anywhere in the country, from the time of processing order confirmation. An order placed Friday morning will be delivered starting next week. You can request Saturday delivery in the comment field available in the last step of your order only for parcels that are about to be shipped *fees may apply.
How much does the delivery cost?
Delivery cost varies and depends on the service you choose – Fan Courier or International services Post/Courier worldwide.
Return policy
Every product in your cart is made on order, which means we do not have a stock of products on the site. When placing your command, specific materials are cut and carefully prepared to deliver your desired products, so we want to avoid returns. It would be a tremendous loss of time for us, both in the preparation of the selected products and during the sending / receiving. Therefore, please carefully check all your order details before placing it and call us for further details.
As mistakes are human, if your command has become incorrect due to a mistake from our store, the products can be returned at no extra cost from you. Defective products should be present to us in maximum 12h after you received your package. If products are worn and are no longer in original packaging, no returns are accepted !!! Refunds will be processed throw a bank transfer in 10/15 working days after receiving the product back and the product is verified by us. The bank account details should match your original order receipt.
Please note: For SALE/Outlet Products, we only accept returns with an exchange with other products from our store.
All products are professionally photographed but due to your monitor light, there may be slight differences in color or material.
*If a product is at discount or in Limited Edition series it means that there are limited quantities, therefore products cannot be returned due to limited edition pieces in stock.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal period expires in first 7 days from the day you enter or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you in the physical possession of the products (you need to notify our store regards the process in maximum 12 h after receiving the order).
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact the Customer Relations Department using your phone number or email address. Of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement using a non-e-mail statement.
Canceling the order
You have the right to cancel the placed order but not later than 12 hours from the time of placement, as this may involve labor costs, including sending the order to you.
Disputes
Any dispute between SC Petite Art by Roa SRL and the client will be resolved amicably. Where this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts to SC Petite Art by Roa SRL.
Policy
Prices are in USD, Euro, GBP, CAD, AUS or Ron, are established for each product and include taxes. SC Petite Art by Roa SRL reserves the right to change product prices unilaterally and without prior notice.
Prices do not include shipping costs unless specified explicitly on this site.

Valoarea maximă a obligațiilor SC Petite Art by Roa SRL fata de orice client în cazul nelivrării/livrării necorespunzătoare a produselor comandate este valoarea sumei încasate de SC Petite Art by Roa SRL de la clientul respectiv..
SC Petite Art by Roa SRL nu va putea fi făcută responsabilă în cazul oricăror neconcordante sau lipsuri în ceea ce privește produsele, calitatea acestora sau orice alte aspecte privind produsele pe care le distribuie prin intermediul site-ului www.anoucka.com. Orice reclamație va fi adusă la cunostinta SC Petite Art by Roa SRL în maximum 24 de ore de la recepționarea produselor, urmând că aceasta să fie transmisă producătorului produselor spre soluționare.
Stocuri
SC Petite Art by Roa SRL nu garantează disponibilitatea în stoc a tuturor produselor prezentate pe site-ul www.anoucka.com întrucat pot exista erori în site.
Termen de livrare
Livrarea se face in termen de 1 – 10 zile lucratoare oriunde in tara (5/14 zile lucratoare pentru produsele personalizate), din momentul confirmarii comenzii. O comanda primita vineri dimineata se va livra incepand cu urmatoarea saptamana. Poti solicita livrare sambata in campul de comentarii disponibil in ultimul pas al comenzii numai pentru coletele expediate prin curier si care sunt deja confirmate *extra taxe pot fi aplicate pentru livrare sambata.
Cat costa livrarea?
Costul livrarii difera si este in functie de serviciul pe care il alegeti – CURIERAT sau serviciile de curierat/postale din lume.
Politica de returnare
Fiecare produs din cosul dmv este facut pe comanda, ceea ce inseamna ca nu avem un stoc al produselor de pe site. In momentul plasarii comenzii dmv, materialele specifice sunt taiate si atent pregatite pentru a va livra produsele dorite, de aceea dorim sa evitam retururile. Ar fi o pierdere de timp enorma pentru noi, atat in pregatirea produselor selectate cat si in timpul de trimitere/reprimire. De aceea, va rugam sa verificati cu atentie toate detaliile comenzii dmv inainte de a o plasa.
Cum greselile sunt omenesti, daca comanda dmv a ajuns incorecta din cauza unei erori din partea magazinului nostru, produsele pot fi returnate fara nici un cost suplimentar din partea dmv. Produsele cu defect vor fi anuntate prin contactarea firmei Petite Art by Ro in maxim 12 ore de la primirea coletului.
Daca produsele sunt purtate si nu mai sunt in ambalajele originale cu etichetele atasate, nu se accepta retururi! De asemenea nu se accepta retururi pentru produsele personalizate în Editie Limitata sau Outlet/Reduceri. Stocul este limitat si se accepta doar schimb cu alte produse de pe site.
IMPORTANT : Deoarece fiecare produs face parte dintr-o colectie de sezon exclusiva, nu se accepta retururi cu returnarea sumei platite ci doar schimb de marime sau alegerea altor produse din magazin.
Toate produsele sunt fotografiate profesional dar din cauza luminii monitorului dmv, pot exista mici diferente de culoare sau material.
*Daca un produs se afla la reducere sau in secțiunea Outlet inseamna ca acesta este in numar limitat, motiv pentru care acesta nu poate fi returnat ci poate fi schimbat cu alte produse de pe site.
Dreptul de retragere
Aveti dreptul de a va retrage din prezentul contract in termen de 7 zile lucratoare. Primul pas este anuntarea furnizorului de returul produsului in maxim 24 ore de la pimirea coletului. Perioada de retragere expira dupa 7 zile incepand de la ziua la care intrati dumneavoastra sau o parte terta, alta decat transportatorul, indicata de dumneavoastra, in posesia fizica a produselor. Returul produsului, ambalat corespunzator si cu toate etichetele atasate se face in maxim 7 zile de la primirea coletului de catre dmv. Dupa expirarea celor 7 zile, produsul nu mai poate fi returnat ci doar schimbat cu alte produse de pe site in limita sumei platite sau cu un cost mai mare, in acest caz fiind vorba de o diferenta achitata de catre cumparator.
Pentru a va exercita dreptul de retragere trebuie sa informati departamentul Relatii Clienti folosind nr de telefon / adresa de mail cu privire la decizia dumneavoastra de a va retrage din prezentul contract, utilizand o declaratie neechivoca nu mai tarziu de 24 ore de la primirea coletului.
Anularea comenzii
Aveti dreptul de a anula comanda plasata dar nu mai tarziu de 24 h de la ora plasarii intrucat aceasta poate implica costuri de manopera inclusiv expedierea comenzii catre dmv.
Litigii
Orice litigiu apărut între SC Petite Art by Roa SRL și client va fi rezolvat pe cale amiabilă. În cazul în care acest lucru nu este posibil, litigiul va fi soluționat de instanțele romane competente de la sediul SC Petite Art by Roa SRL
Politica de prețuri
Prețurile sunt exprimate în ron, sunt stabilite pentru fiecare produs în parte și include taxe.
SC Petite Art by Roa SRL își rezervă dreptul de a modifică unilateral prețul produselor și fără vreo notificarea prealabilă.
Prețurile nu includ cheltuielile de livrare în afară cazului în care se specifică în mod expres pe site acest lucru.
Sarbatori Legale
Termenul pentru livrarea comenzile poate suferi modificari in perioada sarbatorilor legale (Craciun, Paste etc) iar acest lucru va fi anuntat in mailul pe care il primiti ca si confirmare a comenzii plasate pe site-ul nostru.
